What is shipping time?
Normally order processing and shipping time takes 3 to 4 days excluding weekends and holidays, however if there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances you can always contact us and we will assist you.
How do I return a damaged product?
Report any damages to us of receipt via call or email.
Please email us pictures of damaged item(s). Carefully describe the condition of the packaging material and the ordered items. We will try our best to replace the damaged items for you as soon as possible.
What if you shipped me an incorrect item?
Please notify us of the product discrepancies. Please take a picture and email it to us at qaaofficial@gmail.com in order to substantiate the claim.
